My experience includes working with global suppliers across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, coordinating with customs authorities, banks, shipping lines, terminal operators, clearing agents and logistics service providers to ensure timely movement of critical materials.

Implemented cost-optimization initiatives that reduced overall supply-chain costs by 10% while improving operational efficiency and on-time customer deliveries.
1,200 Shipping Containers
Successfully arranged approximately 1,200 shipping containers during the COVID-19 period amid a severe container shortage in Nigeria.
Critical UF-85 Delivery
Coordinated with Lome Port authorities to facilitate the swift movement of containers to Onne Port, Nigeria, supporting timely delivery of critical UF-85 material and preventing a potential plant shutdown.
NGN 137 Million Recovery
Initiated reconciliation of terminal demurrage and successfully recovered approximately NGN 137 million from APM Terminal Onne (WACT).
Large-Scale Project Cargo
Successfully executed large-scale project cargo movements and critical plant-shutdown material deliveries within stringent timelines.
INR 1.28 Million Demurrage Saving
At Lanco Infratech, coordinated the offloading of 128 trucks within 24 hours despite limited manpower and challenging rainy-season conditions, saving approximately INR 1.28 million in demurrage.
SAP Implementation
Contributed to the development of the SAP system for the Crusher Plant during the Jindal Steel & Power assignment.
